The isolation was a complete here.
Once I walked past the rocks and where the children play on the swing branch, there were no people at all.
The beach is like being on a private island.
I felt the peace of the land as I walked along the sand collecting shells that are strewn on the waters edge.
I wished I had brought my book and a picnic lunch.
I plan to do this very soon, and a towel to swim too.
There are a few live shells here but they are the very small helmet shells. They pull their way along the sand when the tide recedes.
They are the first live shells I have found along this very lonely coast.
