Homes on the Shore

Private Homes, and rental properties edge the shore.
Burrum Heads now ask some very upmarket prices for shoreline living quite unrelated to what the town offers, making the price of living by the water almost unrealistic.

On the other side of the Boat Ramp, properties purchased modestly, are now bearing price tags that border on the ridiculous, as the properties are very humble wooden cottages with river views. Selling a donkey for a million dollars does not necessary make it a champion race horse, but it could show another side of the purchaser. So with Burrum Heads.
